It's a great Rooftop dining lounge. The ambience is Lovely . Staff and Chef were very much courteous to offer compensation for an error of order. Overall it's a worthy experience.

First things first - absolutely lovely place to visit for groups of 5-14 people. They have separate room boxes which are the highlight here. Also the Bali inspired fountain cum walkway are a treat to watch during the sunset and post that as well. They've mainly 2 kinds of seating arrangements. 1. Low couch seating space which is open to the sky. 2. Closed glass boxes which give a beautiful vibe along with privacy to the group. Coming to the food and service now; the food was good, but not the best in taste you can have, but the vibe takes a brownie point to cover this. The service was pretty quick mostly throughout and the staff was very humble and friendly. Only concern is the 10% service charge, which they mention on the menu- but are reluctant to remove it even on insisting it as it's mentioned in their menu. All in all great ambience and vibes for the place. If you're planning to try something fancy and cozy, this is definitely a good place to visit.

Music is too loud (you need to scream if you want to talk) and doesn’t match with the ambiance. Food was not at all upto the mark and not at all value for money. First service was quick and then we had to scream, wave & literally dance to call the waiter. Not recommended at all !!

An Arabic themed rooftop restaurant. Visited in Jan Feb and I think Nov to Feb you can visit this place as its open air. It would be crazy hot in the summers. They do have AC cabanas but they have minimum billing. The ambience is great and the music is great too. The service is good and the manager is very helpful. Reservations are a must.

The review is solely based on my personal experience with the restaurant. ZERUA is a newly opened one-of-a-kind rooftop lounge catering to almost all your needs, be it a party, be it dine-in, be it a date night, and of course fabulous food. The ambiance is worth visiting for plus the surroundings is just amazing but of course, I wanted more and so ordered Zerua lees wok, Wok tossed Soba noodles, Prawns trio peppercorn claypot sauce, Kimchi, Truffle mushroom volcano maki. Open to Sky, Bread , Prawn Balchow. And to my surprise, sushi was perfectly cooked. Mushroom volcano is something ultimately scrumptious, I would personally suggest trying. All in all a very satisfying visit and of course a memorable one.

The serving staff is polite however the manager is unprofessional. Food is okaish and drinks seemed watered down. The lift to the place is dingy and you'll feel nervous to enter it as it at oneof last corners of the mall. Go if you want to have a few drinks on a terrace setting....but have a backup plan .

Awesome one of a kind place in Mumbai. Very good food. Service 👌 Winter it is exceptional. AC glass cabins should be good enough for summer too …
